Smart Quick Fix Foods

Jayson Kroner

It's mid morning, 11:15 or so, and your stomach is making noises that closely resemble the distant cry of a beached baleen whale. This isn't the first time, however. Pumpkin Seeds

Perfect anytime of the year, pumpkin seeds offer are naturally rich in essential fatty acids, magnesium, iron, zinc, protein, and fiber.  Raw pumpkin seeds are so healthy in fact, the precious oil inside is pressed and used as a nutritional oil as well.

Whey Protein

Regardless of whether you're too busy to prepare a well balanced breakfast, or simply trying to replace a meal, whey protein is easily absorbed by the body, low carb, low fat, high in protein and effortless to prepare.

Papaya

This sweet fruit is excellent on its own, or prepared as a smoothie. Naturally rich in Vitamins C, A, B along with potassium, magnesium and fibre, its no wonder Christopher Columbus referred to papaya as the "fruit of the angels ... "
