A note on multi-vitamins from Nathan Zassman

I believe it is impossible to get all the vitamins and minerals from your food. A quality multi vitamin mineral supplement taken with each meal can provide the vitamins and minerals that are missing from your diet. Some don't like the idea that we recommend taking a vitamin with each meal, as so many are conditioned by the "one a day" vitamin concept. The greatest benefit results from taking a vitamin and mineral with each meal, to ensure we have all the vitamins and minerals that are important cofactors (like spark plugs) for the production of energy from food. Many people find they notice a significant improvement in overall health and energy when they take their vitamin supplements with each meal.

We have liquid and powdered vitamins that you can mix into water or fruit juice, as well as chewables for those that don't like to take pills (or have trouble swallowing them).

I do not generally recommend "one a day" vitamin supplements, as vitamin mineral supplements are most effective when taken with each meal. I recommend that "once a day" supplements are best if taken three times a day with meals, or at the very least, with two meals a day.
