Product Notes:
There are at least three primary uses for Black Castor Oil:
- as a warming massage oil - to help your muscles, joints, and skin, by kneading it in;
- as a hair and eyebrow treatment, especially for those prone to dry, brittle or damaged hair caused by hair colouring, or for those who are growing their hair out quite long - to help strengthen elasticity and promote shine; and,
- as a skin treatment - to nourish and soften dry areas; to soften cuticles and calluses; to helps level out the appearance of uneven and discolored skin; and to enhance the moisture level and health of the scalp, particularly with a hot oil treatment.
The castor bean plant is an environmentally-friendly crop which can support economic growth in disadvantaged regions, since it needs no watering and can grow even in poor soil. Suggested Usage:
Apply a small amount to the scalp and to the roots of your hair or eyebrows, and massage in to nourish your hair follicles. (They suggest using a mascara spoolie to brush it onto your brows or lashes for more precise application.) Massage into your joints, or into your dry skin to smooth and soothe healthy skin.
