BR's Pristine Protocol 3-Step System
Most of us are familiar with "Morning Mouth," whether in ourselves or in our partners – the buildup of a film of bacteria on our teeth, tongue and other mouth surfaces called plaque, which can cause both bad breath and tooth decay, which comes about because the saliva which removes that while we're awake doesn't circulate while we're asleep. Of course, there are solutions – mouthwashes and toothpastes – but most of the former contain alcohol, both usually contain synthetic ingredients, and it takes double the effort to have to use them in succession. This alcohol-free Brushing Rinse by Essential Oxygen accomplishes both at once with Organic ingredients.
BR Brush
For the next logical step in your oral care, Essential Oxygen created a low abrasion toothpaste featuring certified organic ingredients that's designed to be safe for repeated daily use, without having to worry about thinning the enamel on your teeth (especially if you brush after every meal). It is also free of other worrisome ingredients such as fluoride, glycerin, carrageenan, sodium lauryl sulfate or sugar.
BR Polish
Of course, there may still be some plaque or tartar build up even after a gentle brushing, so for the final step, BR On-Demand Tooth Polish does enable you to use a slightly more abrasive blend to get your teeth whiter, and it uses calcium phosphate – the only mineral the teeth themselves are actually made of – to preserve your enamel in the process. It is recommended that you use it anywhere from 3 to 7 times a week, as needed, but that need will vary, depending on your diet and other factors.

Suggested Usage:
Organic Brushing Rinse: Shake bottle. Squirt about 10 ml (1/3 oz) into your mouth. Swish EO BR around for at least 5 to 30 seconds. Don't spit it out yet – with the rinse still in your mouth, tilt your head back slightly to reduce the chance of dribbling, and start brushing your teeth and tongue. Brush for about a minute, and spit out the foam. Rinse with water. Do this three times a day, ideally starting first thing upon rising, to remove morning mouth bacteria. Store at room temperature.
On-Demand Tooth Polish: Sprinkle some on the BR Toothpaste to use. For sensitive teeth and thin tooth enamel, use 3 times per week. If you are prone to tartar, use 7 times per week.
