There are a number of different types of Essential Fatty Acids (EFAs), which play various roles in our bodies (some primarily benefit the cardiovascular system; some the brain and nervous system; and some the integumentary system [skin, hair, nails, and exocrine/ secretion glands]), and they're not all abundant in the same food sources, leading some to seek out several different types of EFA supplements, and having to work out the right dosage of each one to take each day.

- DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid): 160 mg
Non-medicinal ingredients: Capsule (fish gelatin [tilapia], glycerin, water), organic sweet orange oil, mixed tocopherol concentrate.
Each 5 ml Teaspoon of Super EFA Liquid contains:
4560 mg Fish Oil (Anchovy and Sardine), providing:
1,775 mg Total Omega-3 Fatty Acids, yielding:
- Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA): 820 mg
- Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA): 590 mg
Non-medicinal ingredients, in Natural Orange Flavour type (NPN 80006800): Organic sweet orange oil, mixed tocopherols concentrate.

400 mg Flax (Linum usitatissimum) Seed Oil, yielding,
- Alpha linolenic acid (ALA): 212 mg
400 mg Borage (Borago officinalis) Seed Oil, yielding:
- Gamma-Linolenic Acid (GLA): 76 mg
- Linoleic Acid (LA): 208.3 mg
- Oleic Acid (OA): 165 mg
Non-medicinal ingredients: Capsule (gelatin, glycerin, purified water), mixed tocopherols.
Each type is guaranteed to contain no added wheat, starch, yeast, gluten, corn, sodium, sugar, artificial colouring or flavouring, or antimicrobial preservatives or dairy products. Gluten-free and dairy-free.
Suggested Usage:
Super EFA Liquid:
- Adults and children aged 9 years and up: Take one teaspoon daily with a meal, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
- Children aged 1 to 8 years: Take half a teaspoon daily with a meal, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
- Refrigerate bottle after opening.
Super or Multi EFA Capsules: Adults and children aged 6 years and up: Take 2 capsules twice daily with meals, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
