We need Vitamin D not only to protect against certain diseases, but also to strengthen our bones and teeth, since it helps us absorb calcium and phosphorus (the two main minerals which compose those). With sufficient exposure to sunshine, we're able to create that ourselves through our skin, but that's not always possible, depending on where or how we live.
We also need Vitamin K2 to activate the protein which binds calcium to bones' surface to strengthen them, but we often don't ingest enough of that naturally, or eat enough of the kind that gets well absorbed. This formula uses a proprietary form of it: K2Vital - a unique, soy-free form of MK-7, sourced from other types of plant oils. It's a 100% trans form, yielding a pure, bio-active form of vitamin K2 MK-7.
Since these nutrients are both soluble in fat, they're suspended in a base of organic coconut oil to enhance absorption, and are delivered in easy to swallow softgels.

Each softgel contains:
Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol, from lanolin): 25 mcg/1000 IU
Vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7, K2VITAL®): 120 mcg
Non-medicinal ingredients: Organic virgin coconut oil (yielding 65-75% medium chain triglycerides), bovine gelatin, glycerin, purified water.
Gluten-, Soy-, Dairy-, Corn- and GMO-free.
Organic coconut oil melts when it gets warmer than about 23°C; it is normal if the contents of the capsule changes from a solid white to a golden liquid in different ambient temperatures.
Suggested Usage:
Adults: Take one D3/K2 softgel per day with food, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
