Suggested Usage:
Bioceramic Cooking Stone: To alkalize and increase molecular hydrogen (H2) in foods, add the stone to the pan or pot while cooking soups, stews, rice, etc. For alkalizing water, keep it in a kettle or a water boiler. When boiling or heating water for tea or coffee, the alkaline, hydrogen-enriched water will improve the taste, and help the water extract more flavour from coffee, tea or herbs.
The stone's beneficial effects will last up to two years, if it is kept intact / unbroken.
The cooking stone can also help keep vegetables fresher in the refrigerator if you place it in the fridge.
