Product Notes:

Selenium is found most abundantly in Brazil Nuts, organ meats, seafood, and wheat germ, and is found in other foods, as well, but certain gastrointestinal disorders can interfere with your absorption of this important anti-oxidant and immunostimulator.

Ingredients:

Each capsule contains:

200 mcg Selenium (as L-Selenomethionine).

Non-medicinal ingredients: Rice Flour, Veg. Capsule (hypromellose, water), and Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source).

Suggested Usage:

Adults: Take 1 capsule, 1 or 2 times daily. Store in a cool, dry place.

Warnings:

Do not use Protocol Selenium capsules if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to using selenium if you have a history of non-melanoma skin cancer. Persons living in areas of high soil selenium, such as the Dakotas, should consult a physician prior to using selenium supplements.
