Please note, NOW Solutions Shea Butter will melt at higher temperatures, and solidify when cool. The natural melting may change the appearance, but product quality will not be affected. If the Shea Butter in the jar becomes hard or powdery, gently warm the jar (such as by putting it in a bowl of hot water) until it becomes liquid and then freeze or shake to return to the original consistency.
