SierraSil JF14 Ingredients:
Each capsule contains:
667 mg SierraSil (a naturally occurring hydrothermal mineral complex)
Non-medicinal ingredients: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, purified water, microcrystalline cellulose, and magnesium stearate.
Per 3 capsules:
SierraSil Mineral Complex (multi-mineral silicate complex): 2 g
SierraSil includes many minerals such as: calcium, magnesium, iron, manganese, copper, zinc, selenium, chromium, molybdenum and phosphorous. A breakdown of the relative amounts of each of the more major ones and some of the trace minerals contained in a daily dose is given in a table in the second product photo.
Contains no added sugar, starch, salt, wheat, gluten, corn, dairy, marine or animal products, flavouring or preservatives.
Suggested Usage:
Adults: Take 3 capsules once daily with water on an empty stomach (at least a half hour before, or two hours after a meal or other beverages).
Drink a minimum of 8 glasses of water per day to support its benefits.
Take medications and supplements either four hours before or four hours after taking Sierra Sil JF 14. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 8 weeks.
