Each teaspoon dose of this supplemental form of it contains an impressive 375 mg of readily absorbable organic elemental calcium, and, because it's a completely soluble powder, it doesn't have binders, fillers or coatings which need to be broken down by your digestive system first before the active ingredients are released and absorbed (as many types of tablets do).

My wife has been taking Pure Le Natural Easy Calcium for a number of years and is very happy with this product.
