Product Notes:

Black Currant oil also provides a lot of ALA (Alpha Linolenic Acid: an essential Omega-3 fatty acid, which is also found in flaxseed oil), which many women also want to take, and this saves the trouble of having to take two different supplements to get both.

Some women use black currant seed oil to address menopausal symptoms, premenstrual syndrome, painful periods, and tender breasts. GLA may also be able to relieve rheumatoid arthritis symptoms such as joint pain, stiffness, and tenderness.

Given its potent antioxidant, antimicrobial, and anti-inflammatory properties, Black Currant Oil not only has the potential to improve diseases associated with inflammation but also to help regulate blood glucose levels.
