(The insulating myelin sheaths that protect the brain, spine and thousands of miles of nerves in your body are almost two-thirds Lecithin.)
The word 'lecithin' is derived from the Greek Lekithos, which means "egg yolk," (but these formulations are actually vegetarian/vegan).

37 mg Choline (as Lecithin from 1200 mg Helianthus annuus (Seed))
Non-medicinal ingredients: Softgel Capsule (gelatin, glycerin and water), Sunflower Oil.
Sunflower Lecithin Liquid (NPN 80058020): Each teaspoon (5 ml) contains:
5 ml (5.025 g) Sunflower Lecithin (from Helianthus annuus Seeds Oil)
Sunflower Lecithin Powder (NPN 800058077): Each 2.5 g teaspoon contains just that (from Helianthus annuus seed oil)
Non-medicinal ingredients: None.
Suggested Usage:
Softgels: Adults: Take 2-3 softgels daily, with food.
Powder: Adults: Take 1 teaspoon (2.5 g) twice daily.
Liquid: Adults: Take one teaspoon (5 ml) daily.
For those accustomed to the softgels opting to take one of the other forms, the equivalent doses are as follows: one teaspoon of powder equals 2 softgels; and half a teaspoon of the liquid also equals 2 softgels.
