Ingredients:

Each Softgel Contains:

500 mg Black Cumin Seed Oil (Nigella sativa)

Non-medicinal ingredients: Gelatin (capsule), Glycerin (Non-GMO vegetable source), Purified Water, Mixed Tocopherol Concentrate.

Contains no dairy, egg, artificial sweeteners, preservatives, or colours, nor any yeast, wheat, gluten, or corn.

Suggested Usage:

Adults: Take 2 softgel capsules three times per day with meals. Use for a minimum of 2 weeks to see a beneficial effect. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks. Store in a cool, dry place to preserve freshness.

Warnings:

Keep out of reach of children. Do not use Organika Black Cumin Seed Oil if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or trying to conceive.
