Genestra's Mag Cal Formula 2 provides magnesium and calcium in an optimal 2 to 1 ratio to aid in the development and maintenance of bones and teeth, while also helping to relieve chronic constipation or irregularity (since this form of magnesium causes the intestines to release water to softens stools).
