St. Francis Acidux contains six types of herbal ingredients with countless years of traditional use behind them for anti-inflammatory and gastro-protective and other effects, and confirmed by modern studies to be effective for relieving stomach complaints like acid reflux and for combating the Helicobacter pylori bacterial infection that's believed to be the underlying cause of what used to be called peptic ulcers.

Medicinal ingredients: each ml contains:
Meadowsweet (Filipendula ulmaria, flowering tops): 0.6 ml (1:4 DHE: 0.15 g)
Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla, flowers): 0.44 ml (1:4 DHE: 0.11 g)
Calendula (Calendula officinalis, flowers): 0.4 ml (1:4 DHE: 0.1 g)
Marshmallow (Althaea officinalis, roots): 0.28 ml (1:4 DHE: 0.07 g)
Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra, root and stolon): 0.16 ml (1:4 DHE: 0.04 g)
Ginger (Zingiber officinale, rhizome): 0.12 ml (1:1 DHE: 0.12 g)
These herbs are all either Certified Organic or Wildcrafted.
Non-medicinal ingredients: Alcohol, distilled water, certified organic vegetable glycerine.
Suggested Usage:
Adults: Take 2 ml (60 drops) three times daily, in a little water, on an empty stomach. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 4 to 6 weeks.
Warnings:
Do not use if you are pregnant; or if you have hypokalemia, high blood pressure, or a kidney or cardiovascular disorder; or if you are taking thiazide diuretics, cardiac glycosides, corticosteroids, stimulant laxatives or other medications that may aggravate electrolyte imbalance; or if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family; or if you are sensitive to salicylates.
Consult your health care practitioner prior to using St. Francis Herb Farm Acidux if you are breastfeeding; or if you have a liver disorder; or if you are on blood thinners. Consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen after use.
