Oreganum Plus 1:1 Oil doesn't just kill pathogenic micro-organisms (better than some antibiotics!). It also: has powerful anti-viral, anti-fungal and anti-parasitic properties; can be used as a digestive aid; can reduce pain due to inflammation; and is an anti-oxidant which may be able to strengthen the immune system and check the formation of cholesterol.
Other research even indicates it may inhibit platelet aggregation, which can lead to the formation of blood clots which can cause heart attacks or strokes. It can be used either internally or topically, depending on the indication/purpose.
The wild oregano in this St. Francis product (Origanum vulgare) is not the spice sold as oregano in supermarkets, which is usually marjoram.
Ingredients:
Per drop: Oregano Essential Oil (Origanum vulgare, leaf) 50% (1:1)
Non-medicinal ingredients: Certified Organic Olive Oil, Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCT)
Suggested Usage:
Adults: Take 2-3 drops 3-4 times daily in a little water, juice, or milk. Take with food. Take a few hours before or after taking supplements containing iron, zinc, calcium, or copper. Store at room temperature.
Warnings:
Keep out of reach of children. Do not use St. Francis Oréganum Plus if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have hypersensitivity or are allergic to herbs in the Lamiaceae family. Discontinue use if you experience gastrointestinal upset.
