Bioactive Folate & Vitamin B12
BioFolate contains the ideal ratio of folate to vitamin B12 for optimal function in the body; this ensures that a surplus of folate is not masking a vitamin B12 deficiency as this may lead to nerve damage.
Note, Bio-Folate from AOR contains 5-MTHF (also known as methyl folate), which is the form of this vitamin (B9) that's naturally produced in the body, making it highly absorbable and far more efficiently utilized in the body than folic acid (which requires a multi-step conversion process to function properly, using an enzyme not everyone produces enough of).

Suggested Usage:
