Regarding some of the major ingredients, first, Psyllium husk powder is an excellent source of soluble fiber which not only produces short chain fatty acids, which provide an energy source for healthy colon cell function, but it also gives bulk to stools for regular bowel movements.
Flax seed powder provides a good source of lignans which provide prebiotic support, thereby enabling beneficial microflora, such as Lactobacillus and Bifidobacteria, to thrive; this reduces the exposure of the gastrointestinal tract (GI) to toxins by promoting the secretion of gastric mucosa.
Triphala is a traditional Ayurvedic blend of three fruit extracts that support intestinal detoxification, relieves constipation, and supports overall colon health.
And the amino acid L-Glutamine has several roles that can improve GI health, including balancing mucus production, which can result in healthier bowel movements; plus it's actually the major energy source for the cells in the small intestine, and can help rebuild and tighten up the gut lining, to help combat leaky gut syndrome; and may also help relieve constipation by helping to regulate the balance of microbiota in the GI tract and increasing the nitrogen and energy harvesting capacity of some types of gut bateria.

Suggested Usage:
Take 1 to 3 times daily. Take two hours before or after taking other medications.
Add 1 serving to 8 to 12 ounces (240-360 ml) of water. Shake, stir or blend briskly and drink immediately. Drink an additional 8 to 12 ounce serving of water following that.
Store container tightly sealed in a cool, dry area.
Daily water intake should be increased when consuming this product.
Effects may be observed as soon as 12 to 24 hours after taking the first dose, but might take 2 to 3 days.
Warnings:
Not to be taken by pregnant or breastfeeding women. May cause temporary gas or bloating. Consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms worsen or if laxative effect does not occur within seven days.
Consult a healthcare practitioner immediately if you experience chest pain, vomiting, or difficulty in swallowing or breathing after taking this product. Hypersensitivity such as allergy had been known to occur following inhaled or ingested psyllium; in which case, discontinue use.
