Each capsule contains 60 billion CFUs,* consisting of:
30 billion CFUs Lactobacillus acidophilus NCFM
30 billion CFUs Bifidobacterium lactis Bi-07 Strain
Non-medicinal ingredients: Cellulose, hypromellose, Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source), and Silicon Dioxide.

Suggested Usage:
Adults: Take one capsule daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Take at least 2 to 3 hours before or after medication. Best if kept refrigerated.
Warnings:
Do not use this product if you have an immune-compromised condition (e.g. AIDS, lymphoma, patients undergoing long-term corticosteroid treatment). Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea or severe abdominal pain. Stop use and consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms of digestive upset (e.g. diarrhea) occur, worsen and/or persists beyond 3 days.
