This liquid form of Oil of Oregano uses the most active species available (Origanum vulgare, standardized to 60% Carvacrol), but because oregano oil in its pure form can be so strong that it may irritate skin and mucous membranes, it's diluted here in a base of high-quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and can be safely taken as-is (when added to water or a drink).

Each 0.03 ml drop contains:
0.0075 ml Oil of Oregano (Origanum vulgare) (60% carvacrol)
Non-medicinal ingredients: Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Suggested Usage:
Adults: Use 1 to 2 drops, 1 to 3 times daily (one drop is 0.03 ml). Mix in water or juice and consume with food. If taking supplements containing iron, zinc, calcium or copper, take this a few hours before or after them (not with them).
Warnings:
Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or have hypersensitivity or an allergy to herbs in the Lamiaceae family of plants such as basil, hyssop, lavender, marjoram, mint, and sage. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Discontinue use if you experience gastrointestinal upset.
