Suggested Usage:
Take 4 tablets 2 times daily with meals containing oil [or some other form of healthy fat, since some of these nutrients are fat-soluble, so this helps with their absorption], a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products, or as advised by a healthcare practitioner. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 12 weeks.

Discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner if you experience sweating, paleness, chills, headache, dizziness and/or confusion. Stop use if you develop symptoms of liver trouble such as yellowing of the skin/eyes, stomach pain, dark urine, sweating, nausea, unusual tiredness or loss of appetite and consult a health care practitioner.
Nausea, vomiting, and diarrhoea have been known to occur, in which case discontinue use. Hypersensitivity can occur, in which case discontinue use and consult your healthcare practitioner. Rare, unpredictable cases of liver injury associated with green tea extract-containing products have been reported. People sensitive to nicotinic acid may experience flushing of the skin that is generally mild and transient.
