The BONECO S450 Steam Humidifier provides humidification free from bacteria and minerals, using the most hygienic method available to replenish moisture. Powerful, quick and effective, the S450 uses an anti-mineral pad to absorb the calcium and humidify without emitting white dust residue.

The ClearMist technology featured in the Boneco (formerly Air-O-Swiss) S450 is safe to use around children, as the unit is warm to the touch, but will not emit steam hot enough to scald. The S450 humidifier can be placed on the floor to run, and it has an automatic shut-off feature when there is not enough water.

The BONECO / AIR-O-SWISS S450 Steam Humidifier begins the humidification process by first heating the water to the boiling point, thereby eliminating bacteria and minerals, before vaporizing it. This is the most hygienic way to humidify the air.

Features of the S450 Steam Humidifier include: several Operation Modes, featuring automatic and economy, as well as a manual mode with 3 output levels; an automatic display Dimmer (so it won't be too bright while you want to sleep; please note, on some of these units, the characters display in white, while in others, it is orange, depending on where they were made); and an On/Off timer; a Water Level Window on the tank; an easy to fill, flat bottomed shape on the removable tank; indicators for when the tank is Empty or when Cleaning Needed; an Anti-Mineral-Pad in the base for collecting calcium and lime from the water; and a low gravity center, for floor stability.
