Suggested Usage:
Intended for external use. For local massage, add 1 or 2 drops to a neutral vegetable carrier oil (and for a full body massage, add 2 to 10 drops to 5 to 10 ml). Skin patch test recommended for those with sensitive skin.
For some types, between 1 and 6 drops can be added undiluted to an ultrasonic or atmospheric essential oil diffuser. (See the packages or their leaflet inserts for details.)
