Genestra Brands by Seroyal has formulated a number of liquid Calcium-Magnesium supplements which are suitable for vegetarians as well as for people who may have difficulty swallowing pills.
Calcium and magnesium assist in tissue formation and metabolizing carbohydrates, fats and proteins, and help maintain proper muscle function. Vitamin D has also been included in some of these formulas because it improves calcium's absorption, and also helps maintain bone health in its own right. The ones without Vitamin D are sometimes recommended more as an antacid, to neutralize excess stomach acid and relieve heartburn, indigestion, and upset stomach.

Suggested Usage:
Adults & adolescents 9 years of age and older: Take 1 tablespoon (15 ml) daily with a meal, either a few hours before or after other medications, if applicable. Take as directed by your healthcare professional. Shake well before each use. Store in a cool, dry place, but do not refrigerate.
Warnings:
Keep out of reach of children. For the Cal: Mag Berry Liquid + version, do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, and consult your health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking blood thinners or if you have been diagnosed with estrogen-dependent cancer.
For the new 450 ml Liquid 2 version, if taking as an Antacid: Do not take for more than two weeks, or if symptoms recur, unless directed by a doctor. Do not take within two hours of another medicine because the effectiveness of the other medicine may be altered. Individuals with kidney disease should not take this product except on the advice of a doctor.
