Used for thousands of years (more than two millennia), shea butter treats not only dry skin, but skin conditions including: Eczema, Psoriasis, dandruff, dermatitis, and stretch marks. Some people have also found shea butter effective for blemishes, scars, sunburn, wrinkles, irritation due to shaving or dry scalp, and pain caused by arthritis. An all-natural option that is safe for babies.
Maiga Shea Butter products are more than simply "fair & green." Shea Butter & Aloe Vera: Shea butter, Aloe Vera, Coconut oil, palm tree wax extract, bubble gum oil.
Shea Butter & Cocoa Butter: Shea butter, Cocoa butter, cocoa extracts, French Vanilla essential oil, Coconut oil, palm tree wax extract.
Shea Butter & Cranberry Peach: Shea butter, Coconut oil, wax extract from palm tree, a blend of cranberry, peach and vanilla oil.
Shea Butter & Lavender: Shea butter, Coconut oil, Lavender essential oil, palm tree wax extract.
Shea Butter & Lemon Grass: Shea butter, Lemon Grass, Coconut oil, palm tree wax extract.
Shea Butter & Olive Oil: Shea butter, Virgin Olive Oil, Coconut oil, Passion Fruit oil, palm tree wax extract.
Suggested Usage:
Apply Maiga's Shea Butter daily as often as needed, to body, face and lips.
Additional uses follow: Safe for use on children, as a natural baby balm and diaper ointment. Excellent protection against chlorine & saltwater: apply to dry hair and skin before exposure. Helps prevent pregnancy stretch marks and keep skin supple. A soothing post-shave moisturizer. For healing tattoos and preserving colour. As a salve for skin irritations and rashes, including diaper rash.
Directions for using on skin: Scoop some out and warm it really well on your hands, then massage directly into skin at desired area. Use twice a day for best results.
Maiga recommends the Shea Butter and Olive Oil type especially for the treatment and conditioning of the scalp and hair, as this combination is extremely moisturizing for them both, keeping them soft and smooth. It also helps the hair to regain its natural elasticity, promotes and stimulates natural hair growth, and prevents weak hair from falling out, breaking or fading.
Directions for using on hair: Apply directly to slightly damp hair and massage sparingly into the hair and scalp. Cover hair with a shower cap for 10 minutes, rinse or leave on overnight for best results.
