The KoMo Fidibus Classic Grain Mill features a powerful 360 watt motor driving superior self-sharpening corundum-ceramic millstones, enabling it to produce 100 grams of ground flour per minute, and making it quite capable of milling or grinding much harder types of grains, legumes, or coffee beans, as well as the softer grains like conventional wheat, spelt, or rye.
The hopper can hold over two pounds of the grain of your choice, including barley, rye, spelt or wheat. The exterior of the Fidibus Classic is crafted from solid beech, and showcases classic, box-joined edges. This model is suitable for households of three to five people.
