Angelica polymorpha root (Dong Quai): 200 mg
Dioscorea oppositifolia root (Chinese Yam): 200 mg
Paeonia lactiflora root (Peony): 200 mg
Bupleurum falcatum root: 200 mg
Calcium hydrogen phosphate: 350 mg
Calcium amino acid chelate: 50 mg

Suggested Usage:
Regular Strength: Starting dose: 2 tablets, twice daily. Maintenance dose: 1 to 2 tablets per day.
Maximum Strength: Adults' Starting Dose: 1 tablet, twice daily. Maintenance dose: 1 tablet daily, or switch to regular strength Harmony Menopause.
Either type of tablets can be taken with water or juice, either before meals or at least one hour after meals. Store below 30 degrees Celsius.
Warnings:
Regular Strength: Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if you have bleeding tendencies or heavy menstruation. Take as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms persist, worsen after use. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to using Harmony Menopause if you are pregnant or breastfeeding; or if you are taking hormone medications such as progesterone, oral contraceptives, hormone replacement therapy, or anti-coagulant or antiplatelet drugs such as warfarin. Discontinue use if you develop any sensitivity to the formula. Some people may experience diarrhoea.
Max. Strength: Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a healthcare prior to use if you are taking prescription medications or hormone-containing medications such as progesterone preparations, oral contraceptives or hormone replacement therapy. Use only as directed, and consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen, or if new symptoms develop. Discontinue use if you develop sensitivity to the product. Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use.
