Sometimes the smallest of parts can be among the most important for something's continued efficient operation, yet we barely know about them, much less think to try to keep maintained – such as the fuel filter in our car. PyrroloQuinoline Quinone is an enzyme cofactor that helps protect mitochondria from oxidative stress and promotes the generation of new mitochondria within cells, and thus may help maintain the strong production of cellular energy, support heart health, and promote normal cognitive function.
