When combined with sufficient amounts of Vitamin D, exercise, and a healthy diet, calcium may reduce the risk of osteoporosis development, particularly in peri-menopausal and post-menopausal women, while both calcium and magnesium contribute to formation of connective tissue in the body. This product also contains vitamin D and zinc, two other supplements important for bone health.

Suggested Usage:
