Vitamin B3, nicotinic acid and niacin are needed for many aspects of health, growth, and reproduction. Vitamin B3 is known to lower cholesterol and triglycerides; promote relaxation; act as a mild growth hormone releaser; promote a healthier digestive system and healthier skin; increase circulation; reduce blood pressure... and even facilitate orgasms!
This vitamin can be manufactured from the amino acid tryptophan which is present in some foods, but not everyone eats sufficient quantities of those, and if their diet is deficient in vitamins B1, B2, and B6, vitamin C, or iron, they cannot easily convert tryptophan to niacin, even if they do; hence, a supplement such as this may be necessary.

Hawthorn (Crataegus monogyna): 45 mg
Hawthorn extract (Crataegus monogyna) (2% vitexin): 5 mg
Vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride): 5 mg
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxal 5’-phosphate): 1 mg
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride): 1 mg
Non-medicinal ingredients: Vegetable magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide in a non‑GMO vegetable capsule composed of vegetable carbohydrate gum and purified water.
Suggested Usage:
Take 1 capsule daily with meals or as directed by your health care practitioner.
