Product Notes:
Gluten is a protein complex found in wheat, barley, spelt and rye grains, and it may also be added to soups, sauces and baked items, because it acts as a thickening agent and helps doughs stretch and retain steam and air while cooking. But for reasons not yet fully understood, increasing numbers of people are having trouble digesting gluten fully, which can also affect how the rest of the meal gets digested and result in a number of symptoms such as gas, bloating, and cold and fatigue right after eating.
In addition to gluten, this product also helps digest casein, the main protein found in milk (and is also present in many other dairy products and processed foods).

150 mg Amylase Thera-blend (Fungal, Bacterial source) 15,000 FCC DU
15 mg Glycoamylase Aspergillus niger) 15 FCC AGU
Non-medicinal ingredient: 100% Vegetable Capsule (cellulose, water).
Contains no wheat, gluten, dairy, egg preservatives, salt sucrose, soy, yeast, nuts, corn, casein, potato, rice, or artificial colours, flavours or fillers.
All the enzymes are plant-based only, and this product is both vegan and kosher.
Suggested Usage:
Take one capsule at the beginning of any meal, particularly if it is likely to contain either gluten or casein. More may be taken as needed. For prolonged use, consult a healthcare practitioner. Store in a cool, dry place, away from children.

Gluten Ease is only geared to those with gluten intolerance - not allergy; they are not intended to replace a gluten-free diet for individuals with Celiac Disease.

Headaches, heartburn, bloating and hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) have been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use.
