The grasses in this Super 5 blend are bursting with chlorophyll, vitamins (especially A and K), minerals, and antioxidants. They're picked when they're sprouting, then dried below 106F/41C to keep them in their raw form, then juiced to enhance digestibility.
Ingredients:
Certified Organic: Raw Alfalfa, Barley, Kamut, Oat and Wheat Grass Juice Powder (Medicago sativa, Hordeum vulgare, Triticum turanicum, Avena sativa, Triticum aestivum)
No added whole grass fillers, flavors, sugars, preservatives, additives, sweeteners, carriers, stabilizers or flowing agents.
Suggested Usage:
Mix up to a tablespoon (from 1 to 3 teaspoons) into a cup or two of water, coconut water, juices, smoothies or any recipe that you want enhanced with vibrant green nutrition.
For those new to grass juice powder, try beginning with 1 teaspoon daily, and increase to 3 teaspoons per day, either in divided doses or at once, depending on how green you prefer your beverage to be.
Can also be used for dips, salad dressings, pesto, or raw vegetable soups.
