The nutritional profile of barley grass has a multitude of health benefits such as boosting the immune system, detoxifying the body, rejuvenating the skin, protecting cells against carcinogenic agents and relieving symptoms of ulcerative colitis... just to name a few.

For best results, barley grass seeds are usually soaked and germinated prior to planting.

Suggested Usage:

There are many different ways to enjoy barley grass such as blended in a smoothie; added to a sandwich; on top of a salad.

Growing Instructions:

1. Place seeds in a bowl; the number will depend on the size of the growing pot or location.

2. Add water, at room temperature (60-70F): about two to three times the volume of the seeds.

3. Soak the seeds overnight / about 8 to 12 hours.

4. Place the soaked seeds in your sprouter, and place the sprouter in the full sun.

5. Rinse and drain the seeds every 8 to 12 hours until you see a small root.

6. Plant the sprouted plants in flowerpots that can drain well and are filled with soil.

7. Water the seedlings thoroughly. Do not let them dry out.

8. After a week, they should be large enough to use as a dietary supplement.
