Dave and Barb Wetzel offer products prepared using traditional methods that pre-date the industrial revolution. Green Pasture's products are natural, unadulterated whole foods and are processed exclusively using traditional methods. Their products are also quality tested by a third-party. Fermented Cod Liver Oil and Concentrated Butter Oil Blend (Unflavoured Gel): Raw Fermented Cod Liver Oil (contains Cod: Gadus macrocephalus Pacific cod), Raw Butter Oil concentrated through centrifugation, silica.
Green Pasture prepares its Blue Ice line of cod liver in oil in small batches by fermenting the livers of wild fish caught in the Bering Sea / Aleutian Islands region.
Suggested Usage:
Suggested serving size: Either 2 capsules, or 2 ml/ 2 g of the regular types per day.
There are 96 servings of the Blend type, at 1/4 tsp (2.5ml) per serving.
Store each type in a cool, dry place or in the refrigerator: especially the two liquid or gel types. (Product may become cloudy or solidify when refrigerated.)
