Traditional Bone Broth: Chicken Stock (Water, Chicken, Cider Vinegar), Carrots, Celery, Onion, Sea Salt, Black Pepper, Bay Leaves, Thyme, Turmeric.
Pho Bone Broth: Chicken Stock (Water, Chicken, Cider Vinegar), Onion, Ginger Root, Fish Sauce (Anchovies, Water, Salt, Sugar), Coriander, Cinnamon, Star Anise, Cloves.
Lemon Ginger Bone Broth: Chicken Stock (Water, Chicken, Cider Vinegar), Ginger Root, Lemon Juice Concentrate, Sea Salt, Turmeric.
No starches, gums or added colour. Preservative, gluten, and soy-free. Ideal for Paleo and protein-based diets.
STOVE: Thaw overnight in refrigerator or run container under hot water to loosen broth. Heat in a covered saucepan on medium heat and stir frequently until hot.
MICROWAVE: Heat from frozen or thawed state (container is microwave-safe). Remove lid and pierce film to allow venting. If frozen, heat at 60% power for 5 minutes, stir, then heat on high for 3 minutes or until it reaches the desired temperature. If thawed, microwave on high for 3 minutes, then let stand for 1 minute.
Immediately refrigerate unused broth and consume within 3 days of opening.
