Info: Refurbished version of Model BPR600
This large capacity electric cooker is actually two or more appliances in one, and so is great for expanding the range of cooking surfaces open to you from just the stovetop and yet reducing the clutter on your counter or in your cabinets at the same time. It's fully programmable, and has many features so you can set it and leave it to run without worry.
The Breville Fast Slow Cooker is partly a slow cooker, of course, which enables you to slow cook beans and layer in flavouring in soups, stews, or chilis for up to 8 hours. But it's also a pressure cooker, which enables you to make tender meat fast -- in just minutes, not hours; or to quickly steam cook vegetables, poultry or seafood. And because you can sear meats or sauté onions etc. right in its cooking bowl, that means you don't need to first fry the meat in a saucepan before transferring it to the slow cooker when you do make things like chili con carne like you do with a crock pot - thereby greatly reducing the amount of cleanup needed.
