Info: Available New (Model BMF600) or Refurbished
Hot milk drinks like rich hot chocolate or a smooth cappuccino are best enjoyed when made with the smallest bubbles for a nice creamy consistency. The Milk Café is a warmer and frother that's wonderful for making not only hot chocolate or cappuccino but also chai latté or regular latté, iced coffee/chocolate, hot buttered rum, Irish coffee, mulled wine, and more. This versatile machine can also froth without warming (just use the "Cold Stir" setting), and you can also add ingredients like cocoa powder, shaved chocolate, chai tea, or syrup on the fly, after it's already begun warming and spinning. And the stainless steel jug can easily be separated from the stainless steel base for pouring and placed in the dishwasher for cleaning.
The Milk Café uses induction to gently heat the milk or other liquid, and spins it to create the small bubbles. Simply choose the appropriate frothing disc (one for a creamy result, the other for more froth) and insert it into the base of the jug; fill the jug with between one to three cups of milk; turn the dial to select your temperature, and push the dial to start it: the unit will froth and turn itself off when the desired temperature is achieved.
There is a 1 Year Limited Product Warranty for the new unit.
