The salt extracted from the Dead Sea of Israel is quite unlike normal table salt, whose mineral content is almost entirely sodium chloride (NaCl). If the table salt is derived from other types of ocean or sea water, it is 85% NaCl, and may only have about 3.7% magnesium content. In contrast, Dead Sea Salt only contains 12 to 18% NaCl, and it has about 20 other minerals, with its major constituent being magnesium chloride, which makes up about half of its total mineral content. That same compound is found in a comparable product, Magnesium Flakes (which is almost pure magnesium chloride); there is enough magnesium in both types to help support normal joint function and help relieve muscle tension, physical stress, and fatigue. Both Dead Sea Salts and Magnesium Flakes also differ from Epsom Salts, which embody a different form of magnesium: magnesium sulfate, which does not get absorbed as well as magnesium chloride does in topical applications.

Suggested Usage:
Pour 1 or 2 cups of salt into a warm tub. Let dissolve for 5 minute then jump in, lay back and relax for 20 to 30 minutes.
Warnings:
