Organic Instant Coffee Powder (100% Arabica)
Organic Ashwagandha Extract (200 mg per serving)

50 mg of caffeine per serving.
Suggested Usage:
Just add one packet to 200 ml (7 fl oz) of hot water, and stir.
Top it with nut milk and/or a natural sweetener, if desired, or blend in some coconut oil or ghee for a creamier texture, add a packet to your smoothie recipe.
It is recommended that you drink this in the mornings or early afternoons (if you are on a standard schedule), in lieu of your regular coffee, rather than too late in the day, so as not to interfere with your sleep.
