Two Formulas: Zinc Tally vs Zinc Liquid (formerly: Zinc Drink)
These Metagenics liquid zinc formulas differ primarily in strength (with Zinc Tally providing a single mg per teaspoon; and Zinc Liquid, 15) and their recommended usage (taking it twice a day with meals, or once a day between meals, respectively).

Suggested Usage:
Zinc Tally: Adults: Take two full teaspoons (10ml) daily with food, a few hours before or after taking any other medications, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Refrigerate after opening.
Warnings:
Zinc supplementation can cause a copper deficiency. Do not take iron supplements at the same time as zinc, since iron interferes with zinc absorption.
