Suggested Usage:
Mens Once Daily: Adults: Take 1 tablet daily with food, a few hours before or taking other medications you may be on, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
Mens Multi 40+: Adults: take 1 tablet daily with food, in order to stay within Health Canada's recommendation of no more than 1,000 IU's of Vitamin D per day in multi-formulations. Otherwise, take 2 tablets daily with food, to get sufficient amounts of the other ingredients.
Store either type in a cool, dry place.
Warnings:
Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have a heart condition or diabetes, or if you have gallstones, a bile duct obstruction, stomach ulcers, or excess stomach acid, or if you are taking any blood thinners or heart or blood pressure medication.
