As we age, our ability to replenish collagen drops off gradually (starting at 25!), and that decline can be worsened by autoimmune disorders, smoking, high sugar consumption, and exposure to sunlight. Many things can happen as a result: skin droops; muscles sag; fine lines and wrinkles form; nails get weak; hair loses wave, curl or thickness; bones lose density; and much more.
But you don't have to accept all that as inevitable: you can help your body produce more collagen by supplying it with the building blocks in a form it can readily use. Eating chicken cartilage, for example, won't suffice as a means of compensating for diminished collagen production, because the collagen molecules in it are so big and complex that the digestive system is unable to break much of it down into the individual amino acids.

Hydrolyzed Collagen Type 1& 3 Protein (bovine* - skin/hides): 1,000 mg
L-Lysine: 35 mg
Vitamin C (as calcium ascorbate): 10 mg
Non-medicinal ingredients: Vegetable magnesium stearate (as an anti-caking agent).
* from predominantly pasture-raised and grain-finished beef, in both cases.
There is no: soy, wheat, gluten, lactose, yeast, genetically modified material, or artificial flavours in any of these products.
Suggested Usage:
Adults: Take 2 tablets 3 times daily.
