Turn Your Shower Into a Steam Room
Simply place a piece of these preformed, blended blocks on the floor of the shower, and they will release their soothing vapours as you start to shower, and then end by washing away the residual odor.
If you're suffering from chest congestion, allergies, or wheezing or have a stuffy nose or blocked air passages, one time-tested method for relieving those is to 'vaporize' with a combination of eucalyptus and menthol, in a treatment applied either as a chest rub, or with an essential oil diffuser or a face-steaming device, or even just by holding your head over a bowl of hot water with a towel draped over it. Of course, there are drawbacks to each of those methods in terms of time, convenience, or lingering scents, which is what makes this hot shower method so convenient.
Cleansing Vapors for the Shower
This product has been designed to produce several minutes of refreshing, Eucalyptus & Mint filled air per piece: enough for two quick showers, or one long one, per block.
These artisanal shower steamer blocks are produced by hand; occasionally breakage in transit doesn't affect their usage. Please note: they are only intended to be used in the shower, however: not the bath. The pieces would likely either dissolve too quickly or not emit enough vapours to be effective if they were just dropped or immersed in water without being struck by individual drops of water.
Ingredients:
Sodium bicarbonate (baking soda), Citric acid, Organic Zea mays (Corn) starch, Hamamelis virginiana (Witch Hazel) extract, Eucalyptus globulus (Eucalyptus) Oil, Mentha piperita (Peppermint) Oil.
Suggested Usage:
Place a piece on the shower floor somewhere where it will receive a direct stream of hot water even with you in it. (The impact of the water is a factor; the piece may not dissolve as well or the vapours may not rise as much if the water just dribbles onto it as it drains off yourself or the wall). As the piece gets wet, it will begin to dissolve and release the potent essential oils it contains into the hot shower steam.
Keep jar tightly sealed between uses to maintain the product's aroma and potency.
