This certified organic (by QAI) and kosher Apple Cider Vinegar is made the old-fashioned way: it starts with organic apples, and allows them to ferment naturally up to full-strength (5% acidity), without adding water, chemicals, preservatives, or any other additives. When it's made unpasteurized, like this, the beneficial acetic acid bacteria produce "mother," a sediment that's rich in pectin and useful enzymes, and the sediments have a high mineral content, with lots of phosphorus, magnesium and manganese, and traces of zinc, iron and copper, which is why apple cider's not only got a crisp, zesty flavor -- it's even been something of a folk remedy.
Made from certified organic apples, and prepared and packaged in a certified organic facility. Fermentation process produces 5% acetic acid.

Suggested Usage:Mix in salad dressings, sauces, marinades and pickling recipes.
For a leavening agent in baking: combine 1/2 tsp. with 1/4 tsp. baking soda, to serve as the equivalent of 1 tsp. baking powder.
Try it as a tasty drink, up to three times a day: mix 1 or 2 tsp. with 1 cup water, and 1 tsp. non-pasteurized honey (optional).
Can also be used as a hair rinse or a skin tonic, by diluting with water. As a hair rinse, to leave the hair shiny: mix 2 tsp. in 2 cups of tepid water; pour over your hair after washing. Do not rinse off.
Shake well before using. Store at room temperature.
