Suggested Usage:Add ground or soaked flax seeds to everything you eat to reduce its glycemic load.
Add 1 to 2 tablespoons to yogurt, cereals, salads and desserts. Or add 1 to 3 tablespoons to your favorite smoothie recipe to create a nourishing, antioxidant-rich smoothie. Use it in puddings, sauces or dressings, soups, oatmeal, sprouted quinoa dishes, or baked goods.
Or create a throat- or digestive-soothing tea by boiling 1 to 2 teaspoons of raw flax seeds per 1 cup of water. Strain the flax and use the liquid as a demulcent.
