Goodbye UTIs is a safe, natural solution to urinary tract and bladder infections.
Unlike conventional antibiotic treatments (which can kill good bacteria along with bad), Goodbye UTIs prevents the E. coli bacteria that causes urinary tract infections and from being able to implant itself in the urinary tract -- helping your body flush them out gently and safely.
Goodbye UTIs helps your body flush E. coli bacteria out gently and safely by supplying D-Mannose (a natural non-digestible sugar, which will not affect blood sugar levels) for the bacteria to attach to, in lieu of the bladder walls. This formula from Pure-Le Natural also supplies probiotics (good bacteria) to help crowd out the bad UTI-causing bacteria and support the immune system's ability to fight infections. Prebiotic fibre helps the healthy bacteria strengthen the digestive system and urinary tract. Vitamin C works to increase urine flow and make it more acidic, which also helps flush out that UTI-causing bacteria and support the immune system.
