Product Notes:

Saccharomyces Boulardii Protects the Intestinal Tract from Antibiotics

Saccharomyces Boulardii is used to reduce diarrhea and heartburn, and can help protect against serious bacterial infections like C. difficile and help treat H-Pylori and all forms of diarrhea naturally – including traveller's diarrhea.

Many health conditions bring with them terrible side effects. Commonly, gastrointestinal distress and/or diarrhea is a symptom. When recovering from an illness, often antibiotics will be used. However, when using antibiotics, the bacteria in the gut can be harmed, adding to stomach and gastrointestinal issues - something that's best remedied with a probiotic, particularly one like this which is impervious to the antibiotics.

Clinical studies have shown Saccharomyces Boulardii to be beneficial in dealing with the symptoms of gastrointestinal troubles, including antibiotic-associated and traveller's diarrhea. S. Boulardii is also recommended by some practitioners as part of a nutritional protocol for SIBO.
