Thera Sleeve is a versatile tube-shaped non-toxic gel pack in a stretchy fabric that you can easily slip onto your arm or leg, after either heating it briefly in the microwave or cooling it in the freezer.

Product Notes:

During the acute phase of a sprain, strain or serious impact injury of your knee or elbow or the areas close to them, you may well want to apply either cooling or a little warmth as well as compression to deal with the swelling and to stimulate blood flow. But given their shapes, that can be awkward to do even with a combination of heating pads, ice packs, and elastic or compression wraps – even with conventional gel packs! - especially if you want to move around while they are on. That's what makes the

An ingenious solution, Thera Sleeve is a 10-inch long tube (at least for the Medium size) which comes here in two sizes: M, and L, which are as little as 13 inches and up to 20 inches around, respectively. To select the size you need, simply measure the circumference of the largest area it would need to fit over – whether that's your bicep or forearm if it's for your arm, or the top of your calf or the bottom of your thigh, if it's for the knee – and pick the model nearest to that number (in inches).
