Sometimes we may get plugged up and just need a short-term laxative to get relief from occasional constipation. As its name implies, Laxaherb is a blend of natural herbs (such as Alder Buckthorn, Cascara sagrada, and Chinese rhubarb) which have been used in traditional medicine for cleansing and for stimulating the bowels.
Wild Rose Laxaherb was formulated by Clinical Herbalist Dr. Terry Willard and is an integral part of his Herbal D-Tox 12-Day Program.
This is a stimulant laxative, which acts directly on the large intestine to promote bowel movement, but should only be used for a short period of time (between 1 to 11 days - with guidance from your healthcare provider). This product is not suitable for long term use, it could potentially become counter-productive or lead to dependency.
Each tablet contains:
Cascara Sagrada bark (Rhamnus purshiana): 200 mg
Alder Buckthorn bark (Rhamnus sp.): 50 mg
Ginger rhizome (Zingiber officinale): 75 mg
Red Raspberry leaf (Rubus idaeus): 35 mg
Sweet Fennel seed (Foeniculum vulgare): 35 mg
